Ouke no Monshou UPDATE

I'm happy to say ch 87 of Ouke no Monshou is completed!!! Just waiting on one final touch up before releasing it (hopefully later on this week.) 

As for the status of this group... I guess you could say partial hiatus?
I recently had someone contact me through this blog about helping translate OnM~ So I was super excited for the help! And another group is helping with vol 17... not sure about their group name. 

Let's see, what else was there? Oh! ^^;; I'm still searching for more translators and editors to help with this awesome old-timey project. I know I shouldn't be greedy but I really would love to get the ball rolling on this project so chapters can be updated every month and not only once a year.

Here is two good reasons:

1. I have HQ raws for vol 16-24 in Japanese! Plus MQ Chinese raws~
2. I'm a major fan of this manga, so you know I will do my ultimate best on each chapter!

So for all the Ouke no Monshou fans out there...

Status update

To anyone following or checking this blog I'm sad to say this group, Reaper Scans, will be on hiatus.

Reason being I lack the necessary resources (staff) at the moment. So I'm going to be busy the next few months buying and scanning HQ raws for Ouke no Monshou and leaving the rest to my wonderful friends at Misty Rain Scans to work on.

I'm going to still be around to Quality Check the chapters for both Ouke no Monshou and Wolfsmund. But I won't be releasing them on this blog because I don't have much internet time on my hands in between writing papers the ancient way - pen and paper - all semester long. 

Thanks for all the love and supporting of Reaper Scans! 

We will be back someday in the future!!!

So look forward to the future releases from Misty Rain Scans.


At some point in time (possibly a year from now) I will revive this group once more possibly even as a HQ raw provider center for the various mangas I love so much.

Temporary Hiatus

As the title suggest I'm going to put this group on a temporary hiatus... for two and a half weeks before we make the next releases.
Reason being the translators and I have way too much homework/FINALS to worry about in school.

Also to any future members/staff - ^^' Go to the forum and sign up then send me an PM and I will make you a staff... I seriously haven't found the time to make any tests. I might get around to it sometime during New Years but for now its too much work.

So see you guys in December with a new chapter of Wolfsmund and Ouke no Monshou!!!

I'm happy to announce the release of a new project!

Ookami no Kuchi: Wolfsmund

With the help of another awesome Chinese translator friend Junichiro. Reapers Scans releases our first chapter of a new project. Oh and I'll be releasing another chapter of either Wolfsmund or Ouke no Monshou next saturday! Feel free to shout out in the forum which one you want more.
